The Japanese have always been and will always be on the cutting edge of game show innovations. Their game show weirdness is legendary. Now they’re bringing it to the good ole U.S. of A. (If you’re in NY this Saturday, auditions are happening this weekend!)
One such game is the ‘Human Tetris Game’ where contestants try to shape their bodies to fit an shaped hole in an oncoming wall:
The producers of “American Idol,” is auditioning teams in June 14th, at Dave & Buster’s in Times Square. The show is expected to air on Fox this summer. One difference (besides the language change) is that the contestants will be normal folk, and not celebrities.
